TokenDate
Terms of Service
The rules and responsibilities that apply when you access or use TokenDate services.
Agreement and eligibility
By using TokenDate, you agree to these Terms and applicable service-specific policies. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept them for that organization. You may use the Services only where available and in compliance with law.
Accounts and credentials
Provide accurate, current account information and protect passwords, API keys, and other credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account and must promptly report suspected compromise through support.
Permitted and prohibited use
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and according to these Terms, documentation, and applicable provider restrictions. Do not violate rights or law, distribute malware, disrupt or overload systems, evade safeguards, obtain unauthorized access, or submit content you lack rights to process.
Do not resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services unless expressly permitted or a restriction is prohibited by law.
Content and AI outputs
You retain rights you have in submitted content and grant TokenDate the limited rights needed to host, route, process, secure, and support it. You represent that your content and instructions comply with law, third-party rights, and contractual duties.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable. Independently review outputs before relying on, publishing, or using them in decisions affecting people, property, legal rights, finances, health, or safety.
Fees and third parties
Displayed prices, balances, quotas, and usage rules apply unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You authorize applicable charges, taxes, and disclosed fees to your payment method and must provide accurate billing information.
Third-party models, APIs, payment processors, and integrations may have additional terms and are not under TokenDate’s direct control. We do not promise their continued availability or performance.
Ownership, suspension, and changes
TokenDate and its licensors retain rights in the Services, software, documentation, and branding. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment. You may stop using the Services at any time; we may modify, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, unpaid charges, or misuse.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after its effective date means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, particular model results, or fitness for every purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenDate’s total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Contact support with questions or notices.
